Our team of SLPs and SLPAs is a remarkable and passionate group focused on holistic and neurodiversity-affirming patient care and professional growth. We work closely with the patient, parents, caregivers, and other team members to improve our patients' learning and communication potential and enrich their lives. We work with a wonderfully diverse population of toddlers, children, and adolescents/young adults who present with various etiologies and communication disorders. Each therapist has their own treatment room We have a variety of specialty rooms, e.g., sensory-motor and pretend play rooms and an adolescent/adult treatment room. We offer in-person and telehealth sessions. We have routine staff meetings for FT therapists focused on learning and collaboration. We value our therapists and offer a supportive, enriching, and collaborative working environment! We enjoy reasonable caseloads and offer lots of materials as well as documentation time. We provide excellent support and supervision. Clinical staff enjoy collaborating, brainstorming, and mentoring. Our administrative staff work closely with our clinical team and are responsible for all scheduling and billing. Our goal is to help you focus on your patients and promote your professional growth and creativity as a therapist. Our pay scale is competitive and based on experience and skill range.

Requirements:
