Bilingual School Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) - Ventura, California

Collaborate closely with educators and a supervising SLP, working Monday through Friday for 35 hours each week. This role focuses on serving a diverse student population with mild to moderate communication needs and requires fluency in both English and Spanish to best support families and students. Ideal applicants bring at least one full school year of experience as an SLPA in a school setting. You'll work with a manageable average caseload of 55, helping students reach their communication goals, empowering them to succeed both socially and academically.

Qualifications:

Current SLPA certification, with eligibility to practice in school settings Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (required) Minimum of one full school year of experience as an SLPA in an educational environment Experience supporting mild to moderate communication needs with elementary students (K-6) Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities:
