Job Description

Bachelor's degree from an ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1+ years speech-language pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. What you bring to the table: Active Florida
DOH SLPA
license. Previous work in school-based or pediatric settings strongly preferred. Strong ability to manage caseloads and adapt to varied school environments. Skilled collaborator, eager to work with educators, SLPs, and other professionals. Completion of required background and fingerprinting checks (AHCA Clearinghouse familiarity a plus).
What you will be doing:
Provide on-site, direct and indirect speech-language services under SLP supervision. Monitor, document, and report on student progress while supporting intervention planning. Develop and adapt materials or strategies tailored to individual student needs. Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and IEP team members.
