Job Description

Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) - Full Time - Florida Schools We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to join school-based teams for the 2026-2027 school year. This is a full-time opportunity supporting K-12 students across elementary, middle, and high school settings.

Elementary, Middle, and High Schools Pay Rate:
$30-$34/hour Responsibilities Assist Speech-Language Pathologists with implementing therapy plans Provide speech and language support services to students Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success Support students with communication and language development goals Qualifications Active Florida SLPA License required School-based experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Additional Information Multiple school placements available Must meet all district onboarding and compliance requirements Apply today to join a supportive educational team and make a meaningful impact in students' lives.
