Job Description

Speech Therapy Assistant - Miami Lakes, FL Join Our Growing Team at KidSpace Pediatric Therapy Center KidSpace is a rapidly growing pediatric therapy center specializing in Occupational, Physical, and Speech Therapy . We are committed to delivering compassionate, individualized care in a fun, engaging environment that fosters growth and development in children. Our Miami Lakes, FL location is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech Therapy Assistant (SLPA) to join our dynamic team.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide direct therapy services in-office, at patients' homes or remote locations, and via teletherapy. Implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's specific functional needs. Produce clear and timely daily electronic progress notes. Collaborate with other therapy disciplines to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
Job Requirements:
Active State of Florida (DOH) Speech Therapy Assistant license Successful completion of a Level II Background Screening (fingerprints) Minimum one year of experience in a pediatric setting (preferred)
Key Skills & Qualities:
Understanding of therapeutic approaches for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and ADHD Compassionate, nurturing demeanor with a genuine passion for working with children Strong ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams Highly organized and detail-oriented Dependable and committed to a consistent schedule of therapy visits If you are passionate about pediatric therapy and thrive in a collaborative, child-centered environment, we would love to hear from you!
