EARLY INTERVENTION
Bridges to Shine Early Intervention•Central Florida Bridges to Shine is seeking an experienced, passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing multidisciplinary early intervention team serving children ages 0-5 in homes, daycares, and natural environments throughout Central Florida. We are looking for a therapist who truly loves the birth-to-five population, values family-centered care, and enjoys collaborating with a supportive team of BCBAs, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Infant Toddler Developmental Specialists, and fellow Speech Therapists. This is an incredible opportunity for a seasoned pediatric therapist looking to grow professionally while making a meaningful impact during the most critical years of development.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Experienced pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist Passion for early intervention and natural environment therapy Strong skills in language development, play-based therapy, parent coaching, and collaboration Experience with autism spectrum disorders, developmental delays, and social communication preferred Interest in pediatric feeding therapy is highly valued Florida licensure and ASHA CCCs required
