About Us Specialized Care Pediatrics PPEC is a pediatric center providing skilled nursing, therapies, education, and socialization for medically complex children from birth through age 21. Our multidisciplinary team is dedicated to helping children reach their highest potential in a supportive and family-centered environment.

Full time/ Part time/ PRN/ Flexible Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant to join our dynamic healthcare and educational teams. In this vital role, you will support licensed speech-language pathologists in delivering high-quality speech therapy services in a collaborative environment. Duties Assist licensed speech-language pathologists in implementing individualized treatment plans for children and adults with speech, language, or swallowing disorders Support therapy sessions by preparing materials, setting up equipment, and documenting progress accurately Work directly with patients to facilitate speech therapy exercises tailored to their needs Monitor and record client responses during therapy sessions to inform ongoing treatment strategies Collaborate with educators, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to support child language development and early intervention initiatives Maintain detailed records of therapy activities and progress notes Qualifications Experience working with children, students with disabilities, or those in pediatrics or early intervention programs Familiarity with speech therapy techniques for diverse populations including individuals with disabilities Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams and communicate clearly with clients and families Knowledge of child language development stages and strategies for working with students with special needs Specialized Care Pediatrics PPEC Providing compassionate care and therapy services that help children thrive every day.
