Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) - PRN Are you looking for a flexible pediatric speech therapy opportunity where you can make a meaningful impact while maintaining work-life balance? Mindful Communication Group (MCG) is seeking a compassionate and motivated Georgia Speech-Language Pathology Aide (SLPA) to join our growing pediatric speech therapy team in Douglasville, Georgia. What You'll Do Provide pediatric speech-language therapy under the direction and supervision of the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist. Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising SLP. Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions. Educate and coach parents/caregivers to support communication at home. Complete timely electronic documentation. Collaborate with the supervising SLP regarding client progress and treatment recommendations. Populations You'll Serve You'll work with children experiencing: Speech Sound Disorders Expressive Language Delays Receptive Language Delays Autism Spectrum Disorder Social Communication Challenges Developmental Delays Early Literacy & Language-Based Reading Skills Fluency (Stuttering) Qualifications Required Eligible for registration as a Speech-Language Pathology Aide with the Georgia Board of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology. Ability to work under the supervision of a Georgia licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. Reliable transportation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Pediatric speech therapy experience. Experience working with children with autism and developmental delays. ASHA Certified Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (C-SLPA).
