Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant, where you will play a vital role in supporting speech therapy services across diverse settings. In this energetic position, you will work closely with licensed speech-language pathologists to implement therapy plans and provide essential support to children and students. Duties Assist licensed speech-language pathologists in delivering individualized therapy sessions for children and students Implement therapy activities designed to improve speech, language, and communication skills in pediatric clients Support early intervention programs by working directly with children in clinics, schools, or outpatient settings Help prepare therapy materials and maintain a clean, organized treatment environment Monitor client progress and document observations accurately in accordance with IEP (Individualized Education Program) goals Collaborate with educators to ensure cohesive support strategies Requirements Prior experience working with children or students in educational or clinical environments Familiarity with pediatric development stages and early intervention practices Experience working within a school settings is highly desirable Strong understanding of speech therapy techniques and the use of IEPs for student support Ability to communicate effectively Relevant certifications or training as a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant.
