Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract This position offers a rewarding opportunity for Speech-Language Pathologists specialized in pediatrics to provide essential services within educational settings. The role supports students across elementary, middle, and high school levels, combining onsite and teletherapy approaches to meet diverse communication needs.
Key Qualifications:
Certification and licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Experience in school-based SLP settings, including pediatric populations Ability to deliver services both onsite and via teletherapy platforms effectively Candidates welcoming Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) placements encouraged to apply Strong interpersonal and communication skills suited for collaboration with students, families, and educators Contract availability from July 28, 2026, through May 27, 2027
Location:
Lithonia, GA (onsite and teletherapy)
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs Provide direct therapy services through in-person and teletherapy sessions Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school district policies Participate in meetings and contribute to intervention planning and progress reporting
