At Malama Maika'i Health and Wellness Alliance, we believe some of the most important care happens in the home. We're seeking compassionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) who are passionate about helping patients regain strength, improve mobility, and maintain their independence where they are most comfortable. Whether you're looking to supplement your current caseload or build a larger patient base over time, we offer the flexibility to work around your availability while providing the support and resources needed to succeed. Pay Speech Language Pathologist can earn between $70-$75 PRN Speech Language Pathologist Assistants can earn between $50-$55 PRN Position Type PRN / Per Diem Flexible scheduling based on your availability Opportunities for additional visits and caseload growth Competitive compensation Responsibilities Complete speech therapy evaluations, reassessments, and discharge visits Assess speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders Develop individualized treatment plans Provide speech and language therapy services Provide cognitive and memory rehabilitation interventions Assess and treat dysphagia and swallowing disorders Educate patients and caregivers on communication and swallowing strategies Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, caregivers, and family members Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation Equipment Provided Company-issued clinician bag Company-issued tablet for documentation, scheduling, and patient care management Requirements Current and active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in good standing Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Current CPR/BLS certification Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check Current TB clearance (TB test or chest X-ray, as applicable) Valid driver's license Reliable transportation and current automobile insurance Strong communication, assessment, and documentation skills Home health experience preferred, but not required Why Join Us?
