- and woman-owned special education services company, founded by a Speech-Language Pathologist with firsthand experience working in schools.

Monday-Friday, school hoursStart & End Date:

Onsite/Remote/Hybrid:
Onsite Responsibilities Provide direct speech and language therapy services in accordance with students' IEPs Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress Maintain accurate documentation and service logs Attend IEP meetings and contribute to student goal planning Qualifications Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (required) Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant studies or related field Illinois Speech-Language Pathology Assistant license (IDFPR) School-based experience preferred, but not required Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team About Sage Connections At Sage Connections, our mission is to serve the Special Education community by creating a work experience where specialists can thrive—professionally, personally, and purposefully.
