We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join a supportive school team in Joliet, Illinois for the upcoming 2026 2027 school year . This full-time opportunity is ideal for an SLPA who is passionate about helping students develop their communication skills and thrive in the educational setting. Position Details Full-time schedule (Monday Friday) School-based setting 2026 2027 school year Collaborative and supportive multidisciplinary team Competitive weekly pay Benefits available for eligible employees Responsibilities Implement speech and language treatment plans developed by the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and small-group settings Document student progress and maintain accurate records Assist with screenings, materials preparation, and classroom collaboration Work closely with teachers, families, and school staff to support student success Adhere to state and district guidelines under the supervision of the licensed SLP Qualifications Active Illinois SLPA license Previous school-based experience preferred Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills Why Join Us?
