GREAT PAY! Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist or Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will work with patients of various age groups, focusing primarily on pediatrics, to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders. This role involves collaborating with families, educators, and healthcare professionals to develop individualized treatment plans that promote effective communication skills and enhance overall patient care. This is an in clinic position working in an ABA setting. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech and language abilities in patients. Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on individual patient needs. Provide therapy sessions that focus on improving speech clarity, language comprehension, and social communication skills. Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to support the patient's development in various settings. Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment outcomes. Educate patients and families about communication disorders and strategies for improvement. Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in speech therapy. Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist or SLPA license. Experience working with pediatric populations is preferred. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and early intervention strategies. Proficiency in patient assessment techniques and patient care practices. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
