We're on the hunt for a Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) with an enthusiasm for helping kids find their voice, a knack for turning therapy into playtime, and the flexibility to go with the flow of a dynamic environment. You'll work under the direction of a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to make speech and language therapy both fun and impactful for kids of all ages (birth to 18, to be exact). About the

Every session is an adventure where you help kids from all walks of life express themselves, find their voice, and grow their confidence with each new sound and word. You get to be hands-on (and sometimes knee-deep!) in a world of silly faces, messy play, and non-stop high-fives. And it's not just about the kids; you also get to empower families by sharing fun, practical tips they can use at home to keep the progress rolling. Every day, you'll see how the little things make a big difference, and that's what makes this role so rewarding! What's in Your Superhero Job Description?
Kiddo Communication Coach:
Work hands-on with kids facing everything from articulation issues to stuttering, helping them learn to express themselves and find their voice. Be prepared for some adorable and sometimes downright hilarious attempts!
Plan Follower Extraordinaire:
Follow the speech therapy plan crafted by the SLP, turning each step into a fun, kid-approved activity. You bring the energy; we'll provide the plan!
Mini Assessment Sidekick:
Assist with evaluations and help keep track of every little win, helping our SLP design the best approach for each child. You'll be the Watson to their Sherlock.
Family Cheerleader:
Show families how to carry the therapy magic home with practical tips and fun exercises that fit right into daily routines. High-fives are highly encouraged!
Progress Tracker:
Record all those mini-milestones and triumphs, so every step forward gets celebrated (sometimes with dance parties, if you're up for it).
Safety Champion:
Keep the space clean, safe, and as welcoming as a big bear hug. We want kids and families to feel at home every visit. Do You Have These Heroic Traits?

Your Hero Origins:
Bachelor's Degree in Speech Language Pathology Assistant from an accredited program Works Under a Licensed SLP in Indiana Pediatric experience is a plus but not required—bring your passion for working with kids, and we'll show you the ropes!
