Our mission is to empower children and families through individualized, evidence-based therapy delivered in natural environments — homes, daycares, and community settings. We are expanding our Early Intervention team and seeking dedicated Physical Therapists (PTs) , Occupational Therapist (OTs), Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) who are passionate about helping children reach their developmental milestones through play-based and functional approaches. Responsibilities Provide developmental therapy services under the Kentucky Early Intervention System (KEIS) model. Conduct evaluations and create individualized family service plans (IFSPs) in collaboration with Service coordinators, caregivers, and other professionals. Deliver home-based and community-based sessions that address developmental, sensory-motor, communication, and feeding needs. Coach families and caregivers in implementing strategies that promote progress within daily routines. Document progress, session notes, and outcomes in compliance with KEIS and program standards. Collaborate closely with service coordinators, early childhood providers, and multidisciplinary team members. Participate in IFSP meetings and contribute to transition planning as children age out of the program. Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist , Occupational Therapists, Occupational Therapy Assistant or Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Kentucky. Experience or interest in Early Intervention / Birth-to-Three population . Excellent communication, collaboration, and family-coaching skills. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within your chosen service areas. Current background check and liability insurance (or ability to obtain).
