Role:

Responsibilities:

Assist speech therapists in the delivery of therapy sessions for clients of all ages. Prepare and organize materials and resources for therapy activities. Document client progress and maintain accurate records. Provide support during assessments and evaluations. Engage clients in therapeutic exercises and activities to enhance communication skills. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members. Participate in team meetings and contribute to treatment planning. Maintain a clean and organized therapy environment.

Requirements:

Associate's degree or higher in Communication Sciences or related field. Experience working in a clinical or educational setting preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Knowledge of speech and language development principles. Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus. Compassionate demeanor and a passion for helping others. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
