Job Description

We're seeking a full-time, onsite Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support students and collaborate with our amazing district partners in a school-based setting. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working alongside experienced SLPs in a supportive educational environment. Responsibilities:
Provide direct therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP Assist with implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy activities Reinforce communication strategies in individual and group settings Monitor and document student progress, reporting updates to supervising SLPs Support teachers and staff in integrating speech and language goals into classroom activities Maintain accurate records in compliance with school and district guidelines Participate in professional development and stay current with best practices
Qualifications:
