Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding role supporting students' growth and communication skills in a full-time contract position serving the 2026-2027 school year. Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are encouraged to apply Experience with pediatric populations, ideally within school or teletherapy settings Strong communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with IEP development and progress reporting Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech and language therapy to students (Pre-K through secondary levels) Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and participate in IEP meetings Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff to ensure student progress Deliver services both in-person and via teletherapy platforms as needed Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and federal guidelines Offer ongoing support and communication to families regarding student goals and achievements You'll play a vital part in fostering positive outcomes for students while developing your own professional skills. The position runs from late August 2026 through May 2027 and supports a strong, supportive school community near Northfield, MN.
