Job Description

Get Savvy with Your Job Selection! Select Savvy is seeking a motivated and student-focused Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a school-based opportunity in Cary, North Carolina. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to support students with communication needs and help them succeed academically and socially. What We Offer Free CEUs to keep your skills current Weekly pay for consistency and convenience Professional development stipend Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance Wellness program to support your personal well-being Requirements Active North Carolina SLPA license or certification (required) Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program or related field School-based or pediatric experience preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Key Responsibilities Assist the supervising SLP in implementing speech and language therapy plans Provide direct therapy services to students under SLP supervision Support students in developing communication, articulation, language, and social skills Maintain accurate session notes, documentation, and progress records Prepare therapy materials and assist with classroom carryover strategies Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams Ensure compliance with school, state, and federal regulations
