Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A contract opportunity is available for a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with pediatric experience, specializing in school-based services. This position is based in Winterville, NC, supporting elementary-aged students from Pre-K through 5th grade across two school sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language therapy services addressing a range of communication disorders. Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations to identify student needs. Manage a caseload of approximately 50 students. Deliver services across two school locations: four days at one site and one day at the other, following school hours. Collaborate with educators and support staff to develop individualized treatment plans.
Qualifications:
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required. Experience working as an SLP in school settings with pediatric populations. Skilled in delivering evidence-based therapy to students with diverse communication needs. Strong organizational and communication skills to manage caseload and collaborate effectively.
