Job Description

Category Schools - SLPA Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding opportunity to support early learners as a skilled Speech-Language Pathology Assistant. Collaborate closely with educators and specialists in an engaging Early Learning Center setting, serving Kindergarten and 1st grade students. Embrace a contract position offering full-time hours—37.5 per week—within two neighboring buildings, ensuring variety and dynamic interactions. Your commitment begins August 24, 2026, and continues through June 17, 2027. Make a significant difference by delivering key interventions onsite, Monday through Friday, while working with a dedicated team who shares your passion for early childhood education.
The ideal candidate brings:
An active New Hampshire SLPA license (required) Previous school-based experience supporting young children Comfort managing K-1st grade caseloads Ability to navigate and service two adjacent buildings Completion of district fingerprinting prior to start Strong communication and collaboration skills A positive, professional attitude Core responsibilities include: Implementing individualized speech-language interventions under SLP supervision Supporting the development of communication and language skills in young learners Assisting in documentation, data collection, and progress monitoring Collaborating with teachers, parents, and related service providers Adapting interventions to meet the evolving needs of your caseload Schedule flexibility and the chance to work a standard school week make this contract role ideal for those who enjoy routine and meaningful student interaction.
