Job Description

Category Schools - SLPA Job Type Contract A rewarding opportunity awaits for a skilled and motivated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) eager to make a difference in a dynamic school environment. Work directly with 2nd through 5th grade students, supporting their communication needs, as well as assist preschool students on occasion within an ABA self-contained program. This part-time, contract position runs from August 24, 2026, through June 17, 2027, offering a consistent schedule of 21 hours across three days each week.
Desired Qualifications:
Active SLPA licensure for New Hampshire is required Demonstrated school-based experience as an SLPA Experience supporting diverse student caseloads, including ABA self-contained settings Comfortable working with both preschool and elementary-aged students District-issued fingerprint clearance (must be obtained prior to start) Ability to collaborate effectively with educators and multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver targeted speech-language services onsite in accordance with students' individualized education plans Assist in the implementation of therapy under the supervision of a licensed SLP Adapt strategies and supports to address student needs in both elementary and preschool settings Maintain clear and accurate documentation of student progress Support integration of communication goals into classroom activities and ABA programming Participate in team meetings, consultations, and professional development when appropriate Interviews for this role will be conducted virtually via Zoom for your convenience.
