We are seeking an experienced and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist to serve as our Assistant Director of Allied Health Services , supporting the growth and operational excellence of our expanding programs. This is a unique leadership opportunity for a clinician who is passionate about patient care, staff development, and program growth while maintaining an active clinical caseload. Position Summary The Assistant Director of Allied Health Services will provide both clinical and administrative leadership for Baker Street Health's allied health programs. This role combines direct patient care with operational oversight, staff support, scheduling coordination, training, and quality improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist who thrives in a collaborative environment and is excited to help shape the future of integrated healthcare services. Essential ResponsibilitiesClinical Responsibilities Maintain an active caseload providing speech-language evaluations and treatment services. Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress. Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation. Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers to coordinate patient care. Participate in treatment planning meetings and clinical case reviews. Ensure services are delivered in accordance with professional and ethical standards. Administrative & Leadership Responsibilities Assist in the day-to-day management of allied health services. Support provider scheduling and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and patient access. Assist with onboarding, training, mentoring, and supporting clinical staff. Monitor productivity, documentation compliance, and service quality. Help develop and implement clinical policies, procedures, and best practices. Serve as a resource and point of contact for staff regarding operational and clinical questions. Participate in recruitment and retention initiatives for allied health professionals. Support program development and strategic growth initiatives. Assist leadership with reporting, workflow optimization, and quality improvement projects. Foster a positive, collaborative, and patient-centered culture. QualificationsRequired Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Current New Jersey Speech-Language Pathologist License in good standing. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred. Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience supervising, mentoring, or training clinical staff. Preferred Previous administrative, supervisory, or program leadership experience. Experience working in multidisciplinary healthcare settings. Familiarity with EMR systems and healthcare operations. $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
