Pay Range:

Farmingdale, NY Home Case Position Details:

Schedule:

Saturdays for about 2 hours/week, includes supervision and parent trainings 9-year-old client

Pay Range:

BCBA/LBA

Deliver direct behavioral support to students based on the specific needs of the student and family. Collaborate closely with families and related service providers. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized intervention and behavior support plans if necessary. Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and contribute to the creation of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP) if needed. Utilize assessment tools such as the ABLLS-R and VB-MAPP. Apply principles of Discrete Trial Teaching (DTT) and Natural Environment Teaching (NET). Track and analyze student progress using data collection systems. Maintain accurate documentation, submit progress summaries, and write detailed reports. Adapt to the physical demands of working with children, including floor activities, kneeling, running, etc.

What We're Looking For :

New York State Licensed Behavior Analyst (NY-LBA). Availability after school hours in the home/community. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Experience working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. Solid understanding of ABA principles, behavior management techniques, and educational settings.
