Step into a contract opportunity working with a diverse K-12 student population across two school sites in a dynamic educational setting near Pulaski, NY. This position, perfect for Speech-Language Pathologists at all experience levels—including those holding the CCC designation and Clinical Fellowship Year candidates—offers a part-time summer schedule from July 6th through August 14th. The assignment is itinerant, and travel between sites is paid. You'll be providing therapy and support primarily to students with a variety of speech and language needs, while collaborating with educational teams and participating in paid indirect hours and team meetings. Dedicated therapy spaces and training on the district's IEP system will be provided to support your work and professional development. To thrive in this role, candidates should have: Valid NY SLP License and TSSLD endorsement Background in school-based or pediatric settings; all expertise levels considered (SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY) Familiarity with K-12 caseloads and an adaptable, student-centered approach Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills Willingness to work across multiple campuses and travel as needed Ability to work with IEP systems (training provided) Key responsibilities include: Delivering speech and language therapy to K-12 students Maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with district standards Participating in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and multidisciplinary collaboration Engaging in paid indirect hours, including team meetings and planning Adapting therapy delivery to a flexible, evolving caseload Flexible part-time scheduling and the support of a professional school district make this opportunity an excellent fit for those seeking meaningful summer employment and a chance to build school-based SLP experience.
