School Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) | Oklahoma City, Oklahoma Sunbelt Staffing - 3.8 Oklahoma City, OK Job Details Part-time | Full-time | Contract 12 hours ago Benefits Dental insurance Vision insurance Qualifications SLPA License Bachelor's degree Full Job Description Bachelor's degree from an ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1+ years speech-language pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Make a meaningful impact in the lives of K-12 students as a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant in an onsite position near Oklahoma City, OK. Support student learning and growth by providing high-quality assistance in speech and language interventions. This opportunity is available on both a full-time and part-time contract basis, giving you the flexibility to match your schedule with your professional goals.
Desired Qualifications:
Active Oklahoma SLP License (required) Prior experience or understanding of school-based services is strongly preferred Ability to work effectively with K-12 students across a wide range of speech and language needs Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills Commitment to supporting student academic and social success
Key Responsibilities:
Assist Speech Language Pathologists in providing services and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) Deliver direct therapy to students, supporting speech, language, and communication goals Maintain accurate records of student progress and intervention sessions Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families to best support each student's needs Participate in team meetings and professional development as required
