• . In this role, you'll help students develop the skills they need to succeed both in the classroom and in daily activities. You'll work as part of a collaborative team to create and deliver individualized therapy plans that make a lasting impact.
• What You'll Do
• + Conduct student evaluations to assess functional and developmental needs + Develop individualized therapy plans based on each student's goals + Provide direct occupational therapy services in a school-based setting + Document therapy services and student progress in accordance with professional standards + Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to promote student success + Support participation in school activities by improving students' independence and skills •Position Details•+ Full-time, 38 hours per week + 39-week contract aligned with the academic school year + Serving a K-12 student population + Opportunity to work across a variety of school settings within the district + Support from an onsite Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) •Compensation•+ •$65 per hour + weekly pay•What We're Looking For•+ Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice + At least one year of experience preferred + Experience in pediatrics or school settings is a plus + Strong communication and collaboration skills + Ability to manage caseload and maintain clear documentation •Additional Requirements•+ Current CPR certification (if applicable) + TB screening and health clearance as required + Compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations + Must be at least 18 years of age •Why This Role Matters•This is your opportunity to make a real difference in students' lives—helping them build independence, confidence, and the skills they need to thrive both academically and beyond.
