Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A full-time contract opportunity is available for two skilled Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide on-site services at a school location in Fawn Grove, PA. This position is ideal for professionals specializing in pediatrics, teletherapy, clinical fellowship year (CFY), and school-based healthcare settings. Located approximately 40 minutes from York, PA, and near the Maryland border, this role offers the chance to work directly with students in a supportive educational environment. Both SLPs will be responsible for delivering comprehensive speech-language services without the support of assistants, requiring strong clinical expertise and autonomy.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct speech and language assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Implement evidence-based therapy for pediatric populations within the school setting. Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare providers to support student progress. Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines. Participate actively in team meetings and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
Certification and licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Experience with pediatric speech therapy and school-based caseloads. Familiarity with teletherapy methods is a plus. Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work full time on-site without assistant support.
