Role:
Join our dynamic team at Pediatric Therapy Solutions as a Speech and Language Pathologist & Assistants! In this rewarding role, you will help children overcome communication challenges while working on a supportive and collaborative team! Speech therapy services may be provided via a Hybrid Caseload model of in-person and teletherapy sessions.
Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and evaluations of speech and language abilities(SLP). Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children (SLP). Provide therapy sessions to improve communication skills (SLP & SLP-A). Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals (SLP & SLP-A). Monitor and document progress towards therapy goals (SLP & SLP-A). Educate families on communication strategies and techniques (SLP & SLP-A). Stay current with best practices in speech and language therapy (SLP & SLP-A). Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities (SLP & SLP-A).
Requirements:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field (SLP). Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field (SLP-A). Valid state license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist/Assistant. Experience working with pediatric populations preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Passion for helping children achieve their communication goals. Knowledge of current speech therapy techniques and technologies. Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning. Reliable & insured transportation. Current CPR.
