Job Summary:
As a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant at Shine Bright, you'll provide pediatric speech therapy treatment under the supervision of a licensed SLP. You'll help children thrive through play-based, evidence-informed interventions, and you'll never do it alone. Our team is collaborative, supportive, and invested in your success. Reports to :
Supervising SLP and Clinical Director Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Deliver direct speech therapy services to members during afternoon hours Continuously observe and report progress or concerns to the supervising SLP Collaborate with SLPs, families, and other professionals to create impactful treatment plans Maintain accurate documentation, daily treatment logs, and timesheets Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and team collaborations Stay current with developments in the field of speech-language pathology Adhere to professional ethics, state laws, and Shine Bright's policies Attend supervision sessions and participate in mentorship opportunities Duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted, modified, or changed at any time at Shine Bright's discretion.
Minimum qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field California SLPA license (required) Pediatric and/or early intervention experience preferred Spanish-speaking is a plus! Livescan (FBI/DOJ) clearance
Availability Requirement:
This position is for afternoon sessions only. Morning hours are not available at this time.
