Speech Pathologist Assistant in Fayetteville, NC Soliant - 3.9 Fayetteville, NC Job Details Full-time | Contract 21 hours ago Benefits Dental insurance Vision insurance Qualifications SLPA License Bachelor's degree Full Job Description Bachelor's degree from an ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1+ years speech-language pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant serving students across multiple school sites for the full 2026-2027 academic year. Starting mid-August and spanning through late May, you'll work onsite in an engaging educational setting, providing essential support in elementary, middle, or high school environments near Fayetteville, NC. This is a full-time position with a consistent Monday to Friday schedule, totaling 37.5 hours each week.
Key Qualifications:
Active North Carolina SLPA license is required (must be maintained throughout assignment) Demonstrated skill and experience as an SLPA in schools or healthcare settings Commitment to onsite service delivery; remote work is not available Strong organizational and time-management skills for managing a diverse caseload Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, students, and supervising
SLPs What You'll Do:
Deliver speech and language interventions under the supervision of a licensed Speech Language Pathologist Support students' communication goals in classroom and small group settings Document student progress, prepare session materials, and contribute to IEP processes as needed Travel between multiple school sites as assigned Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and families
