Job Description

Bachelor's degree from an ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1+ years speech-language pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Qualifications & Experience Sought:
Active SLPA state certification and completion of an accredited SLPA program Previous experience providing speech and language intervention in schools or pediatric healthcare settings Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication abilities Comfortable collaborating with supervising SLPs, teachers, and multidisciplinary staff Genuine passion for working with children and helping them reach their fullest potential Flexible and adaptable approach to shifting priorities during the school year
Key Responsibilities:
Implement therapy plans as directed by supervising SLP, adapting as needed based on student progress Work individually and in small groups, fostering engagement and participation Collect data, maintain records, and assist with progress monitoring Effectively communicate with school teams and caregivers regarding therapy activities Assist with screenings and carry out auditory, speech, and language support activities under supervision Maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all students This is a contract opportunity for motivated SLPAs eager to make an immediate impact.
