Category Schools - SLPA Job Type Contract Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Bilingual Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support students during the 2026-2027 school year in Floresville, TX. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with Speech-Language Pathologists, educators, and families to help students strengthen their communication skills and achieve academic success. Position Details Full-time position for the 26/27 school year School-based setting Support students across various age groups and communication needs Responsibilities Assist the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist in implementing therapy plans Provide direct speech and language services to students under SLP supervision Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and communication goals Prepare therapy materials and maintain session documentation Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress Participate in team meetings and assist with student progress monitoring Qualifications Active Texas SLPA license Bilingual in English and Spanish Previous school-based experience preferred Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team Preferred Skills Experience working with diverse student populations Ability to support bilingual and multilingual learners Familiarity with IEP processes and school-based therapy services Apply Today!
