Job Description

Bachelor's degree from an ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1+ years speech-language pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Qualifications:
Valid Texas SLPA license required Previous experience in a school setting preferred Familiarity with direct service provision for speech/language needs Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 60 students Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Comfortable collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including SLP-CCC professionals
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct speech and language services to K-12 students as outlined in IEPs Develop and implement therapy activities that foster student communication growth Maintain accurate, timely documentation of student progress and attendance Coordinate with teachers, SLPs, and school staff to support student success Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive school culture Serve students at multiple onsite locations, ensuring commitment to a 40-hour work week
