We are seeking a dedicated SLPA to deliver high-quality, coordinated speech therapy services to a diverse patient population under the supervision of a licensed Speech Language Pathologist. Key Responsibilities Implement speech therapy treatment plans developed by a licensed SLP Provide therapy services to patients across various age groups Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care teams Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with payer requirements Support a positive, patient-centered care environment Continue developing clinical skills and meeting continuing education requirements Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with excellent attention to detail Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively Calm, solution-oriented approach in dynamic situations Commitment to patient confidentiality and high standards of care Preferred Experience Pediatric experience Requirements Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders Active Texas SLPA license Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance
