Qualifications:
Active SLPA license or certification in Texas required Experience providing speech and language support in school settings preferred Comfortable working with students across a K-12 age range Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply
Responsibilities:
Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services under the supervision of a licensed SLP Support students in individual and group settings to address communication goals Assist with data collection, progress monitoring, and documentation in compliance with school and district guidelines Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student learning and participation Contribute to IEP meetings and planning alongside the multidisciplinary team Adapt interventions and strategies to meet diverse student needs
