Required Qualifications/Experience:
Active SLPA licensure or eligibility to practice in Texas Previous experience in educational (K-5th) or healthcare SLPA roles preferred Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude Adaptability and eagerness to learn in new environments
Key Responsibilities:
Assist SLPs in providing therapy services to elementary-aged students Contribute to lesson planning and documentation Participate in IEP meetings as needed Support generalization of speech and language goals across classroom settings Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment
