Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in a school setting located in Stanton, TX. This contract role offers the opportunity to work directly onsite with a caseload of 60-65 students, providing essential speech and language support services. The position involves supervising up to two Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) and requires a valid SLP license. While bilingual candidates are preferred, it is not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy to a caseload of 60-65 students Supervise and collaborate with up to two SLPAs to ensure quality care and support Develop and implement individual treatment plans tailored to student needs Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with school policies Communicate effectively with educators, parents, and administrators
Qualifications and Experience:
Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license required Experience in a school-based setting preferred Ability to manage a large caseload independently Strong organizational and communication skills Bilingual skills are a plus but not required
