Job Description

Category Schools - SLPA Job Type Contract Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) Soliant is seeking a compassionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support the implementation of speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. The SLPA will work with individuals to help improve communication skills by carrying out treatment plans, documenting progress, and assisting with therapy activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement therapy plans developed by the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist. Provide individual and small-group speech and language intervention. Document student/client progress and maintain accurate records. Prepare therapy materials and support daily treatment activities. Collaborate with therapists, families, and interdisciplinary team members. Maintain confidentiality and comply with all applicable regulations and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program or related field. Current SLPA licensure/certification as required by the state. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
