Job Description

Bachelor's degree from an ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1+ years speech-language pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Step into a rewarding contract role supporting elementary students as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for the 2026-2027 school year. Use your expertise to positively impact 32 young learners in a collaborative school setting, working alongside experienced professionals dedicated to helping every student thrive. This full-time position begins August 12, 2026, and continues through May 21, 2027, with a consistent Monday-Friday schedule, 40 hours per week. You'll provide therapy services, collaborate with supervising Speech-Language Pathologists, maintain student documentation, and help implement individualized treatment plans. Your work will be essential in helping students build confidence and communication skills in the classroom and beyond.
Qualifications:
Current, active SLPA license for Texas Familiarity with school-based therapy services for elementary-aged students Strong communication, organization, and record-keeping abilities Commitment to ethical, student-centered care
Responsibilities:
