Category Schools - SLPA Job Type Contract Make a difference this school year supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) on a contract basis. Collaborate with a dedicated team of educators and therapists in a vibrant school environment near Chesapeake, VA. This opportunity offers meaningful professional experience where your expertise helps shape students' communication skills and confidence.
Desired Skills and Background:
Active SLPA licensure or certification in good standing Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is strongly preferred Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for effective collaboration with staff and students Adaptable and caring, with a commitment to fostering student development Able to follow guidance and direction from supervising
SLPs Key Responsibilities:
