Desired Qualifications:
Valid Virginia SLP License Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Speech or Communication Disorders Previous experience supporting students in school settings preferred Ability to travel and work at multiple sites within the district Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
Provide therapeutic support under the supervision of an SLP Work with students in both group and individual settings Assist with assessment, progress monitoring, and documentation Collaborate with educators, family members, and multidisciplinary teams Adapt to evolving school assignments and needs
