We're a growing, therapist-owned outpatient clinic serving families across the Peninsula, specializing in speech, language, and motor-based communication disorders . We're looking for a compassionate and motivated PRN Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our team, with flexible scheduling and the opportunity to build a caseload gradually.
What You'll Do:
Implement individualized speech and language therapy sessions for pediatric clients (toddlers through school-age) under the supervision of a licensed SLP Follow and carry out treatment plans targeting communication, speech sound production, and feeding/swallowing (if trained and directed by supervising SLP) Collaborate with supervising SLP, caregivers, and other therapists (OTs) to support holistic child development Document sessions in our user-friendly EMR system and maintain timely communication with families and supervising SLP What Makes Us Different Therapist-owned & operated

  • calm, child-friendly clinic environment with quality materials and equipment Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences & Disorders or related field Active VA SLPA License (or eligibility) Pediatric experience (Autism, apraxia, language delay, AAC, etc.
) preferred Strong ability to follow treatment plans and work under SLP supervision Excellent communication and organizational skills Compensation Competitive rate (based on experience and service type) W-2 with benefits Part-time to full-time as caseload grows Join Us!
