Job Description

Category Schools - SLPA Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students' communication success as a School Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA). Collaborate with speech-language pathologists and educational staff to positively impact the lives of children near Portsmouth, VA. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about fostering student growth and communication skills in a dynamic academic setting.
Desired Qualifications:
Current, valid SLPA license/certification for school-based practice Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred Strong interpersonal and communication abilities Ability to adapt quickly within diverse school environments Organizational skills to manage detailed documentation and scheduling Team player with a student-centered mindset
Key Responsibilities:
