Job Description

Bachelor's degree from an ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1+ years speech-language pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Make an impact working with elementary students across two schools for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant. Be part of a collaborative and supportive team dedicated to student success.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Valid SLPA license or certification required Experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt to varying student needs and school environments Comfortable traveling between two school locations
Primary Responsibilities:
Support Speech-Language Pathologist in conducting therapy sessions for elementary students Implement treatment plans and individualized education program (IEP) goals under supervision Document student progress and maintain accurate records Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students' communication goals Prepare and organize therapy materials and activities Participate in team meetings and contribute to the educational planning process
