Job Description

Qualifications and Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders Current state SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, CFY candidates welcome Experience working in school-based settings is highly desired Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills Ability to effectively manage a diverse caseload of students with varying needs Familiarity with IEP procedures and special education laws
Responsibilities:
Conduct speech and language assessments to determine student needs Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans Deliver therapy sessions (individual and/or group) according to student IEPs Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress Maintain accurate records and progress reports, ensuring compliance with school, state, and federal guidelines Participate in IEP meetings and help shape educational plans Offer guidance and support in classroom language strategies and modifications This contract role offers you the chance to contribute your expertise in an engaging and supportive educational environment, where your work will directly influence student success and well-being.
