Job Description

Category Schools - SLPA Job Type Contract Make an impact supporting young learners as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) in an elementary school setting. This contract role offers a part-time schedule of 3 hours per day and is a great opportunity for individuals who excel in school-based or healthcare environments. The position is open to travelers, with tax-free stipends available if eligibility requirements are met. Successful candidates will bring experience as an SLPA, a passion for improving communication skills in children, and adaptability to work in a supportive educational environment. Compensation for this role ranges between $30 and $40 per hour, based on your background and education.
Key Qualifications:
Previous hands-on experience as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant Bachelor's degree or certificate in Speech Pathology Proficiency supporting students in school or healthcare settings Effective communication, organizational, and teamwork skills Credentialing to work as an SLPA in Virginia (or willingness to obtain)
Responsibilities:
