Job Description

Bachelor's degree from an ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1+ years speech-language pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Key Qualifications:
Active SLPA license or eligibility in Washington State Previous experience in a pediatric, school, or educational setting is highly valued Solid understanding of speech and language development and intervention strategies Comfortable collaborating with SLPs, teachers, and other professionals Strong communication, organization, and time management skills Ability to adapt to diverse student populations and changing environments
Responsibilities:
Work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver therapy services to students Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) based on student goals Document student progress and maintain accurate records as required Conduct group or individual therapy sessions across a variety of age groups Support classroom teachers and staff with speech and language resources Foster a positive, encouraging environment for students to develop communication skills Benefits +
