• As a Lead Central Sterile Technician, you'll help deliver safe, high-quality care by ensuring surgical instruments and supplies are expertly cleaned, sterilized, and ready to use. With strong attention to detail and by leading through example, you'll help create a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement that drives excellent outcomes and improves lives every day.
• Your responsibilities will include:
• + Leading the preparation, cleaning, and sterilization of surgical instruments and supplies, making sure all items are properly cleaned and ready for use + Organizing instruments and equipment based on surgery schedules and special case needs + Monitoring sterilization processes and equipment performance, keeping accurate records, and promptly reporting any issues + Maintaining a clean, organized, and stocked workspace that supports the team and upholds the highest infection control standards + Training and supporting team members to work safely, follow best practices, and care for every patient like family •What qualifications you will need:•+ No Travel Required + 2 years experience Required Years of Experience •Benefits•Alaska Regional Hospital, offers a total rewards package that supports the health, life, career and retirement of our colleagues.
